Reservations will be completed only after you agree to the details in the reply email and reply to us.
Cancellation fees
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible.

- Guests may ask us to cancel their reservations.

- If a guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to him/her, we will charge a penalty as listed in Attached Table 2 (unless, pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Section 2, we request the payment of the application fee by a specific date, and the guest cancels the accommodation contract before the payment is made). However, when the special provisions of Article 4, Section 1, apply, in keeping with the special provisions, the guest will only have an obligation to pay a penalty when canceling the accommodation contract if we have so notified him.

- If a guest has not arrived by the afternoon of the day of the stay (or, if an arrival time has been stated in advance, after that time) and has not contacted us, we may treat it as a cancellation of the accommodation contract by the guest.
